[Bug 1875498] [NEW] smart-notifier installs, but has missing requirments

Public bug reported:

I installed this in a fresh install of Xubuntu 20.04.1 and, while it
installs, the file to which it links:

/usr/bin/smart-notifier -> ../share/smart-notifier/smart-notifier

does not exist, so it does not function at all!
