  initramfs unpacking failed: Decoding failed

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I just upgraded my system to Ubuntu 20.04 .I think some packages didn't get installed properly.
  there are some required logs missing. So,
  while booting i get this message:
  [0.591576] Initramfs unpacking failed: Decoding failed
  /dev/sda2:clean, 506655/61022200 files, 60111850/244059136 blocks

  How can I fix this?
