  Error upgrading from 18.04 to 20.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  From main.log:
  Dist-upgrade failed: 'E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

  I tried to fix errors with sudo apt --fix-broken install but are not
  any error. This is also empty dpkg --get-selections | grep hold.

  I attached logs. What else I can do to fix this upgrade issue?
