  Suspends when lid closed despite "do nothing" option after using ext
  monitor

Bug description:
  I use "do nothing" (... I guess, "ne rien faire" in french) option on
  both battery and supply in power manager. It works until I plug an
  external monitor (DisplayPort), disconnect, then it suspends when
  closing lid.

  Changing options changes nothing in /etc/systemd/logind.conf:

  Problem appeared after Mint 18 -> 19 upgrade with 'mintupgrade' tool.
