Title:
upgrade to 20.04 removed all enrolled fingerprints

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Previously on 19.10 I could use fingerprints to login.

After upgrade to 20.04 beta only password would work.

"sudo ls" did not even prompt for a finger print.

I re-ran fprintd-enroll, re-added my fingers, and now sudo does
  prompt.
