Looks like I used a wrong image to test. http://cdimage.ubuntu.com
/daily-live/current/ works.

Bug description:
  1. initramfs error while booting up on amd64 hardware. See screenshot
  2. Hardware spec: AMD ryzen 3600, Nvidia rtx 2070 graphics card. Ive installed ubuntu 19.10 on this and it runs fine.
