Public bug reported:
I don't know if this is a new problem, I guess I could try installing
Ubuntu18 again. On this THinkpad T480 I had a hard time with grub (UEFI
related), eventually resorting to a 'dd' from the original disk, when I
changed the hard drive. So perhaps it's relted to this. But if not,
the situation is pretty simple:
I boot from USB, the installed drive is actual a USB mounted SSD, sdb,
and the original U18.04 is on sda. The command "grub-install /dev/sda'
works fine when I'm booted in U18. But when installing the U20 from the
USB to the SSD, grub-install fails. I think something was already send
automatically to the developers, but it then threw me into launchpad.
