  Krunner does not launch with shortcut avec update from 19.10 to 20.04

Status in krunner package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  During the upgrade process, the file kglobalshortcutsrc seems to be
  modified at some point. The result is that, after the upgrade, the
  shortcuts to launch Krunner were not functional anymore. This is true
  for the default alt+space or any other key combination if the shortcut
  is modified. This issue occurred on one machine, another went through
  a 18.04 to 20.04 upgrade without this issue.

  This problem seems to be that the [krunner] then [krunner.desktop]
  section in kglobalshortcutrc got kind of duplicated duplicated.

  The file retrieved from a month old backup:
