[Bug 1871505] [NEW] grab-efi-amd64-signed package failed to install

Public bug reported:

tried more than 3 times to install ubuntu 19.10 in my Lenovo Laptop. but
when it comes to install the grab package then it gives error "GRAB
installation failed" with a message "The 'grab-efi-amd64-signed' package
failed to install". please help.
