[Bug 1871101] [NEW] [snap2deb] Consider using snapd-glib instead of ever forking snapd

A followup from the MR[0] is to avoid the overhead of forking
/usr/bin/snap - and share the connection to the socket - and always use
snapd-glib for all operations.

This is definitely wishlist.
