Public bug reported:
Text console (VT) is visible between gnome-shell exiting and the
Plymouth shutdown screen.
Looks like gnome-shell is exiting too quickly, or plymouthd starting too
slowly. Ideally both *should* be running at simultaneously to get a
clean transition...?
