I did the OEM install in Virtualbox, and I see the E mascot and updated E screenshots.  Closing this as invalid, but if I'm missing something please let me know.
I suspect this was spotted because the "photos" screenshot uses a photo from D, where the E wallpapers were not available at the time of creating.  However, you should notice that the Music slideshow is update to represent current world events.
