and, i forgot to say, it happens on two different systems and the nvme
disk itself works fine when running a badblocks -wsv on the shell from
the same live usb that crashes during the install.

Title:
installer crash with lvm on nvme with ubuntu-server

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  hi all,

i am having problems with the text based installer found in the
  ubuntu-server (18.04 and 19.10) distribution (desktop 19.10 works
  fine).

when installing the system to a nvme (via m.2) disk using LVM the
installer throws an error consistently after setting up the disk. or
so it seems, i havent quite understood the logs.

the error is reproducable, the disk is a adata xpg sx6000 120gb nvme.

please let me know what information you need to help me track down the
  error.

  thanks for your help!
