Here we are in 2019 and it's still broken; the second line is not
underlined or clickable, and clicking the first line opens a truncated
url. Tested with gnome-terminal and alacritty, set markers=no.

Title:
Does not hyperlink multi-line urls
Status in mutt:

Bug description:
Binary package hint: mutt
It is getting common to send emails with really long URLs in them.
For instance, Google Calendar invitation links tend to be > 200 chars.
When hovering over these links in mutt, only the portion of the line
that fits on one row is underlined, and if you use the 'Open Link'
command from the context menu in gnome-terminal it only launches that
portion of the link.
I tested this on karmic and lucid, both behave identically.
I checked that this behaves correctly in gnome-terminal if you for
instance echo the URL to the terminal in bash, the whole URL gets
highlighted properly and will load into firefox just fine.
