Title:
Include the systemd package version in journal output

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I'm currently debugging something based on journal output. I,
helpfully, know what kernel was running due to this line:

kernel: Linux version 5.3.0-13-generic (buildd at lgw01-amd64-012) (gcc
  version 9.2.1 20190909 (Ubuntu 9.2.1-8ubuntu1)) #14-Ubuntu SMP Tue Sep
  24 02:46:08 UTC 2019 (Ubuntu 5.3.0-13.14-generic 5.3.0)

but it's not entirely clear which version of systemd was running:

systemd[1]: systemd 242 running in system mode. (<snip>)

Even during in eoan's development cycle, we've had a number of
different "systemd 242"s that this could be. In a stable LTS, we'll
have many more (32 and counting "systemd 237"s in bionic, for
example). It would be good if we captured this information in the
  journal somewhere.
