  ubiquity crashes on wireless installation with
  gi.repository.GLib.GError: nm-manager-error-quark: Not authorized to
  control networking

Bug description:
  Ubuntu MATE 19.10 20191016

  Install to bare metal. T430 and nv56r laptops connecting to wireless
  networks that have been used in prior ISO testing.

  Installer hangs after entering password.

  After several minutes installer will crash from Wireless screen and drop to desktop.
  Am able to click on desktop icon and complete installation from there.

  Crash screen appears.

  Installer has encountered an unrecoverable error.
