[Bug 1846405] [NEW] MSI GS65 8RF key between space and alt-gr in german layout is mapped wrong

Public bug reported:

on a MSI GS65 8RF laptop the key between space and alt-gr is currently
mapped to the same keycode as "#".

Please backport the upstream fix at
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/11508 to fix this.

Without this fix there is no way to type "|", "<" or ">" an this laptop
model when using the german keyboard layout.
