  Livepatch seems to be down on Ubuntu 18.04

Status in Canonical Live Patch Client:

Bug description:
  Livepatch seems to be down on Ubuntu 18.04. I have removed and readded
  the key and tried a refresh but I am still getting a red exclamation
  mark on the livepatch icon.

  I have always used the command - sudo canonical-livepatch refresh
  before and it has reactivated. Now, there is a long lag and I get the
  message that :

  After refresh:

  kernel: 4.15.0-66.75-generic
  fully-patched: false
  version: "59.1"
