Public bug reported:

I have been upgrading versions from a long time. But after upgrading to 19.10, a new NVIDIA upgrade were available. And I took it.
After a restart, I got a LOGIN LOOP and could not open graphic screen again.
So I backup my files and tried a fresh instalation. For both 19.10 and 18.04 available for download. Both of them crashes with errno 5. Says that could not read files from USB/DVD or could not write files to disk. But I can install an old version I have here, Ubuntu 10.04 and it works fine.
