[Bug 1851411] [NEW] ubuquity fails to start install process

ubiquity 19.10.21

Expected Result:
Successful installation

Actual Result:
Selected "Root on ZFS install" > Selected installation disk "/dev/nvme0n1" > clicked "Install Now"
and ubiquity returned to the "Installation Type" page  and gets stuck in a never ending loop and does not begin the install process.
