It would be good to have design input on that, I'm not convinced that
things like the system monitor, language-selector or usb creater should
be moved outside the main list. That folder split seems a bit random,
maybe it should be removed?

  Some utility applications used in Ubuntu are not placed in the
  Utilities folder. These applications are:

  Language Support
  Software & Updates
  Livepatch
  Software Updater
  Power Statistics
  Startup Applications
  Startup Disk Creator
  Passwords and Keys
  Input Method

  Please, consider moving them to the Utilities folder.
