It seems to be common in the error reports that the Python 3 version running unattended-upgrades is not compatible with the python3-dbus package.
Either because the system is running Python 3.6 on Xenial with python3-dbus compiled to support only 3.5 or because the system is upgraded to Bionic and python3-dbus is not upgraded to the version compiled with 3.6.
