[Bug 1827187] [NEW] Please remove sessioninstaller from archive

Public bug reported:

sessioninstaller has not been in use for ages, and the package was last
updated in xenial. I'm not sure it works anymore. This also removes on
rdep of aptdaemon, wooho!
