installation.

Title:
Visually disable power button in top right corner during installation

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
When Ubiquity is running, the top right power and lock buttons aren't
working. I get the fact that it might not be a good idea to shut down
your computer while it's actually partitioning and copying, but there
are many steps during the installation before the destructive changes
  actually happen.

Perhaps the buttons could be grayed out during the active installation
phase, or a dialog box could inform the user that shutdown is
  currently unavailable.
