[Bug 1821806] [NEW] alimentation in ubuntu 18.04 doesn't shut down

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 18.04 is not able to shut down properly.  It seems that the
alimentation remains always on.

The only solution to shut down my pc is to long press the power button.
