This problem was most recently seen with package version 1.1.1+bzr982-0ubuntu19, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/078ea01919687c705e3b917a2637deabb6c98073 contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or traceback, and individual crash reports.
