It looks like you have may have installed some packages from either the
ubuntu toolchain test ppa or the oibaf graphics ppa, either of those
could be causing issues with the upgrade calculation. I suggest using
the 'ppa-purge' tool from the 'ppa-purge' package to remove the packages
from those PPAs. If it complains that they are not enabled re-enable
them and try the removal process again.

   If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the
  command 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal.If you
  want to investigate this yourself the log files in '/var/log/dist-
  upgrade' will contain details about the upgrade. Specifically, look at
  'main.log' and 'apt.log'.

  Nothing interesting is logas as far as I can tell.
