[Bug 1820607] [NEW] Remove installation media and reboot requires a manual power cycle

Public bug reported:

We implemented "RIM and reboot" as a solution to the Plymouth messages
getting sent to the wrong TTY. Without it users would be left with a
blank screen at the end of install.

At the moment the only way to actually reboot when you see the "RIM and
reboot" message is to turn it off and back on again.

It would be nice if we could catch a key there to reboot for you, for
example "Remove installation medium and press enter to reboot".

** Affects: casper (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
