  Please build package python3-lockfile. The change is trivial, it
  sufficies to add --with python2,python3 to dh build, and change the
  control file (as seen in https://launchpadlibrarian.net/198690085
  /python-lockfile_1%3A0.8-2ubuntu2_1%3A0.8-2ubuntu2.2.diff.gz). Thanks!
