Public bug reported:

Due to following bug in binutils - gnu assembler
compiled code optimised for AVX512 will not work correctly.

it is fixed in binutils 2.31 but bug exist in 2.30 which is release
used in xenial. Please consider backporting this bugfix to xenial.
