i am also dual booting ubuntu all went well but it struck at looking for
other operating systems and it didnt install please resolve this

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

  I booted from the latest Lucid Netbook iso today. Everything seemed
  good, so I went to install using ubiquity. The installation went
  smoothly until the grub installation at the end. It hung with the
  caption "Looking for other operating systems..." for over 30 minutes.

  Note that I was attempting to wipe the hard disk clean during the
  installation (the new netbook shipped with Windows 7).
