Title:
  FFe: talloc 2.1.16

Status in talloc package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  This is part of the effort to remove python2 from the desktop images
  (see bug #1440381). It's needed for the samba FFe bug #1818518.

  Samba 4.10.0 needs talloc >= 2.1.15. 2.1.16 has just some build fixes.

  There are no specific release notes for talloc from upstream, as its
  development is closely tied to samba.

  Commit log: https://gitlab.com/samba-
  team/samba/commits/v4-10-test/lib/talloc

  This update introduces a couple new binary packages: python3-talloc
  and python3-talloc-dev. It also removes the python 2 counterparts,
  whose reverse-depends are:

  $ reverse-depends python-talloc
  Reverse-Depends
  ===============
  * python-samba
  * python-talloc-dev
  * samba-libs

  $ reverse-depends python-talloc-dev
  No reverse dependencies found

  /disco-talloc-2.1.16

  You can diff against "ubuntu/devel" to see what has changed.

  I will still create MPs in LP for this, and there are likely to be
  changes coming from review feedback.
