I have prepared a PPA [1] which if confirmed working fine could slip
into Ubutnu Disco just before we hit the harder freezes  (since it is
just a small fix it can still go in right now).

@Paul - please test the PPA on Disco (19.10) and let me know if it works
fine.

Bug description:
  With Ubuntu 18.10 and autofs 5.1.2-4ubuntu1, mounting NFSv4 shares
  does not work. Directly mounting them with `mount.nfs` works.
