And it took almost two weeks for you to notice this after the upgrade?
You still have the old libdrm available in the archive btw, does
downgrade do anything?

  Hello.

  I upgraded my system on 2019-05-09 and since then desktop effects do not work anymore. It installed
  a new libdrm stack :

  I have an ATI Radeon that was working fine with KDE until then. I waited to see if someone had realized it before creating a bug report... It really is annoying : no more transparency, no
  more auto-hide of windows : my workflow is strongly impacted.
