[Bug 1831501] Re: fresh install

Had several issues trying to install.  Most typical choice was "Something
Else" and then would setup partitions.  After several hours I went back and
downloaded another copy of 18.04, that one seemed to work after putting on
thumb drive with Rufus.  I have since installed.  Apparently it was a bad
download?
