[Bug 1831380] [NEW] libgnutls30 fails on https://lutris.net

Expected: GNOME Web (Epiphany) opens https://lutris.net

Actual behavior: Trying to open https://lutris.net in GNOME Web (Epiphany) results in:
"Peer failed to perform TLS handshake"

Issue is not present in Firefox.
