Nós também não sabemos, dado que nenhuma informação nos foi provida.

Estou a colocar este bug no estado INCOMPLETE, mas tudo indica que teu
problema NÃO é um erro no Ubuntu (e, assim, este bug deverá,
eventualmente, ser fechado como INVALID.

Aliás: a lingua oficial por cá é o ingles. Poucos falam portugues.
