[Bug 1837297] [NEW] The installer said that it failed to install grub

I attempted to wipe my computer by resetting the Windows 10 Pro
partition and formatting the HDD with ubuntu on it to reinstall it too.
When trying to do so I ran into an error which said it failed to install
GRUB.
