It's unclear to me why that only started to me a problem but if it can
be fixed from the valgrind side that would make sense, could foundations
look if that patch makes sense/could be applied to the Ubuntu package
maybe?

  The libssh 0.9 armhf eoan tests are failing

  Looking upstream to valgrind bug there is one matching with an (unreviewed) patch
