[Bug 1813289] [NEW] Typo error in /etc/init.d/rpcbind

rpcbind 1.2.5-0.3build1 for Ubuntu dicso:

The file /etc/init.d/rpcbind (created from debian/init.d) contains a
typo error in line 51.

Instead of
log_action_msg "Already running: rcpbind"
it most probably should read
log_action_msg "Already running: rpcbind"

This swapping of letters seems to be there also in all older versions
since rpcbind 0.2.1-2ubuntu1 for trusty
