This bug only affects the version of the package in disco-proposed,
which users should not be installing from. This will automatically
resolve the bug with no changes required to the util-linux package, so
there is no reason to keep a bug open on this package to track it; at
the moment the bug is fixed, util-linux will be migratable to the disco
release pocket.

Package util-linux (2.33.1-0.1ubuntu1) cannot be installed due to unmet dependencies.
Util-linux depends on login (>=1:4.5-1.1~) but the latest installable version is login (1:4.5-1ubuntu1).
