Title:
Audio Crash , then trouble rebooting

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I will try my best to explain . Early this month (December 2018) I
purchased a system 76 Gazelle with a POP OS Linux 18.10 . on about the
20th the audio crashes and I reboot and it would not boot up. I used
my old laptop and found in a forum start up holding the space bar to
enter a choice screen . I tried top to the 3rd for restore . Audio
restores , but only a little while. I use my laptop a lot for you tube
and FB . I go through the routine up till a choice to install and
  restart.
