Bug description:
  Hello.

  I'm having a problem installing the latest version of the distribution
  kit (neon-useredition-20180329-1021-amd64.iso) at the "time zone"
  stage, there is an error with the code 141, I attach a screenshot (1),
  if even the error is ignored, then the system installation will
  continue and stop at the level 16% (keyboard installation) with the
  error message Installer Crashed, I attach a screenshots (2-3). These
  errors do not occur when installing the English version of the OS, and
  they arise in the case of the Russian version I need.
