Hi

How will I make a fuller description if it does not generate report for submission and that is what I am reporting?
In the description and pictures it contains all possible information for improvement of Ubuntu 19.04 Disk, perhaps lack vision of who the program, no?

How do I report or report an application, in this case, gnome-control-
center that does not open and does not appear on the monitor and see the
pid or generate by ubuntu-bg -w?

By the images and version of the moment can not recreate the problem and
find a solution?

Good will, we see here.

Even in the stable LTS versions of Ubuntu these errors are recurrent.

Unfortunately I can not do more than that. I only feel sorry for a
program as GOOD as UBUNTU does not take off because of the lack of
daring and insight of its developers. Ubuntu does not seem to be a FREE
program, but rather CREATED by its creators.

Other distros are LIGHT years in terms of stability and lightness. I'm
stubborn to think I'm helping. Have a good time.

Title:
System detected an application problem at startup

Status in update-notifier package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hello guys

System detected an application problem at startup, but WHAT? Should
  not the system report?

By clicking on "report problem" we do not see generate a report and we
do not know if the supposed error message was actually sent.

Attached is the image of the error message when the system has already
  started.

  Another thing:

Due to the lack of an option to place an application shortcut on the
desktop, it is not possible to send bug reports through the "ubuntu-
bug -w" of the application in question.

This command asks you to close a window then click on the application
that is supposed to be in error, but it happens that clicking on the
application in question suggests something other than the marked
application. Attached is the image of the event.

I see that the icon marked for upload was the gnome-control-center and
not the plank as seen in the attached images.
