Title:
The "Other problem" radio item is completely useless

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
After selecting the "other problem" radio button, one gets a message
  like this

"You need to specify a package or a PID. See --help for more

No point in having the radio button if that's all it's going to say!
