This is informational only - Lubuntu 16.04 LTS is EOL.

Lubuntu 16.04 was released in 2016-April (thus 16.04) with three years
of support, reaching EOL in 2019-April. Thus I would recommend you
installing Lubuntu 18.04 LTS.

Only Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS (no desktop), Ubuntu 16.04 LTS desktop
(Unity) & Ubuntu Kylin 16.04 LTS had 5 years of support; all other
flavors had 3 years http://fridge.ubuntu.com/2019/03/01/ubuntu-16-04-6
