[Bug 1856404] [NEW] Software Updater window does not expand on 18.04

Public bug reported:

Software Updater window does not expand.

The Software updater window should be manually resizable. It should
remember its previous expanded size, but by default should be the same
width as when not expanded, and tall enough to show six items in the
list, with a minimum height of three items.

$ lsb_release -a

Using GUI
Open Settings from left panel or application menu. When it opens, navigate to Details -> About

GNOME shows 3.28.2

So you can also see, we have three different information for gnome
version.
