I am unable to perform focal buildd image builds. DNS resolution is
broken in the chroot when attempting to install packages:

The following NEW packages will be installed:
  policyrcd-script-zg2
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 5610 B of archives.
After this operation, 18.4 kB of additional disk space will be used.

  Temporary failure resolving 'archive.ubuntu.com'
