Why not group the microcode updates into a "CPU Microcode Update"
package? Some people might deselect the incorrect microcode. If the user
choose to swap their drive into a new machine with a different CPU
vendor, they would remain secure.

Bug description:
1) Ubuntu 19.10
2) Software Updater 1:19.04.8
3) Only download and install microcode for AMD CPU. My computer does not have an Intel CPU.
4) Downloads and installs both AMD and Intel CPU microcodes.
