Public bug reported:
Loaded kubuntu beta 19.04 onto two X64 computers... After loading XFCE4
and switching to use it, XFCE4 was unable to find its defaults for
email, browser etc. Found that libexo-1-0 was not loaded with XFCE4
from the 19.04 beta. After installing libexo-1-0, everything worked
fine. Seems to be a packaging error with kubuntu 19.04 Problem
occurred on both computers.
